点评：To be honest, I wouldn't be so critical, but this is a top end establishment. Let start with the positives. The setting is great, and the shower, together with the before and after drinks, is a nice touch. There could be a touch more seating to service the guests. I had to have my ginger tea at the reception desk.
There is street noise as the rooms are very close to the lane. Personally, I don't mind the sound of horse bells, but it is not for everyone. My appointment was at 10 am, which is not an excessively busy time.
The massage was ok but did not address the areas I had marked on the form, which was required to fill in. However, I did not correct her. I booked a 90-minute aromatherapy massage. They did not have a great selection of oils, although there were 3 types of lemon. I wanted peppermint, which is available on the island.
Value for money 💰 this massage is at least 100k more than it's competitors so it does not score well on that count.
Lastly, the tap in the room was broken and running continuously. No good, given Gili Air's water situation. I did mention this. I have just looked back on the reviews and realised that this tap has been broken for more than 3 months 😢 another review showed the same photo as mine. I have changed my review score based on this.
