Tunel de Lava Bellavista的点评
点评：A remarkable experience walking 1km through the second longest lava tunnel in South America! The owner is very kind, knowledgeable and cares greatly about sharing the history and facts of the tunnels before you head in. Very worth the $5 per person. We even got to pick a free banana from the tree in the garden afterwards.
They are very easy to reach by bus (leaves from opposite the Mercado Municipal "Santa Cruz"), which is $0.50 per person, and drops you off just outside the entrance to the tunnels (on Google maps: it’s hard to search directly but I have attached a screenshot of where it is located relative to Bellavista; it shows up on e.g., AllTrails as “Los Tuneles del Amor”). We paired the trip up with a hike to El Puntudo, and returned back by bus.
They have beautiful gardens and a reasonably priced small bar for drinks and snacks. It’s a quiet and peaceful spot. A great little trip that you can do on your own!
