Most relaxing water park
暴雪海滩的点评
点评：I visited Orlando quite a bit in the late 80’s and throughout the 90’s with my parents, and at the time a visit to Wet n’ Wild was something that I always looked forward too.
Now that is long gone, 25 years after my last visit I was taking my family to Orlando, and after a visit through to Tampa the day day before, after a long drive at night the next day all I wanted to do was chill, and after doing Typhoon Lagoon and Volcano Bay, a trip to Blizzard Beach ticked all the boxes.
Smaller and A LOT more relaxed than Typhoon Lagoon, it was exactly what the doctor ordered.
The water rides here are great, and the lines are a fraction of what you will be elsewhere.
Only downer on the day was a thunderstorm passed over head and the heavens opened, which saw them close the park in the early afternoon.
We could have stayed to see it out, but decided to head back to our hotel and just unwind at the pool there in the afternoon once it had passed.
Probably the water park I enjoyed the most and would have happily spent all day there had the weather been better.
In the hurry to get out of the rain I had dropped my ear pod case, and only found out when I was back at the hotel, but park staff were very helpful at helping me retrieve them and had them back in possession by dinner time.
