Poor experience at PUBS IN THE PARK 2025

I would like to express our unhappiness about certain aspects of our experience at this event yesterday.
I purchased 2 VIP tickets £237.72 for this event but it soon became very difficult for us to understand or obtain clarification from staff as to what the full VIP benefits were.
End result was we could NOT have access to the VIP stage viewing area as we did not have the correct wrist band? and could not find any staff member to resolve this?
Forcing us to stand right at the back which very much limited and spoilt our enjoyment of the entrainment.
The Vouchers that we were given at the start event again with no instructions or understand of how we redeem these. And it became clear very few staff new were and how these vouchers could be used. Apart from the 2 drinks that we did managed to obtain from 2 vouchers drinks we had for the whole day??
The food venders all confirmed that the Specials meals were not included so could not use our vouchers and ended up paying another £24 for that and we also had to pay for the 2 coffees and cakes we had, another £14.
So felt that we had no other option but to leave with our unused food vouchers early and have a meal on our way home.
All in all adding up to a very poor experience and drops far short of VALUE FOR MONEY
