点评：The lack of a chair in a sleeping room, even after I asked because of a mobility disability, will keep our family from staying again. We had 2 rooms. It will also be reflected in any review regarding not only having none but then not being given one so that I could dress independently. I made it clear that I could not independently dress without the aid of a chair, ANY chair. I was told , "We will check", then, "no chair available". That was obviously Not True. There were chairs everywhere, just not in my room. Chairs in all public areas, chairs in maintenance, multiple chairs near my room in a communal area. There is no excuse, whatsoever. I assume that as a historical building you are not required to follow ADA but to NOT even have a few shower chairs to loan or loan a chair that was necessary is beyond unacceptable. If you are not required to be ADA compliant, that is very different from making no easy and reasonable effort: In fact No Effort. We all know you could have gotten a chair from anywhere, even the communal areas of Columbine. Even on the floor outside my room. I could not lift it, it was there, but was told none available and none would be provided. Again no excuse. To not do so was beyond poor customer service. To not do this simple thing for a disabled person is/was shameful. No person with any even minor disability should ever consider staying here. To lazily do nothing, even something easy and that you are able to do, is despicable.
