Disappointing experience
Flip Out Strathpine的点评
点评：We had our son's birthday at Flip out 2 years ago and it was a such fantastic experience that he wanted to have another one this year.
We booked an Insane Party for him.
it was a great disappointment.
Party Concierge introduced herself and was not available to us as needed. I had to get her from the office when we needed her assistance.
she left us 11 arm bands instead of 13 and when I enquired at the front desk I was treated as if I was lying to get free armbands without paying for them.
Party food was only Cheetos and chips Not a great mix as advertised. Each time the bowl was empty I had to go and ask for a refill at one point I was told they had out.
Main reason I choose the insane party was because it included the kids taught jumping tricks for a hour. Apparently, this was recently removed after I had paid for the session.
Party host started clearing and cleaning the room before the time allocated to us finished.
