点评：I strongly advise others to be cautious when shopping here. We were shown a cuckoo clock that came with a VDS Certificate of Authenticity, and we were assured that our purchase would include it too. However, the clock they packed for us did not have this certificate. What you see is not always what you get.
To make things worse, the staff were rude and dismissive when we asked about it. It seems many tour guides bring tourists here because they get a commission, not because it's a trustworthy shop.
Several friends who bought clocks here also discovered missing parts once they got home. These clocks are not original, and it’s clear that this shop prioritises tourist sales over honest business.
We travelled with Star Tours from UK and our guide suggested us. But we lost trust in them too.
Avoid this place if you want genuine products and good customer service.
