If the weather is hot you will need a good amount of water for the hike and most reviews say it's easy but we met so many people struggling.
There is very little shade you will need a hat, swimming shoes and decent footwear to walk it .
( Not flipflops) We used shade umbrellas as temps in 40s and that helped massively.
Half way there is water to cool down in or on the way back.
When you reach the end it's amazing.
You will need to be of a decent swimming abilities as deep sections where you can't touch the bottom. ( Use life jackets if needed)
Water proof phone case is a must or you won't be taking your phone on the swim .
Cave entrance super narrow but passable.
Please take care in this area as it's a long way from any help and no safety staff in place.
