A truly expansive ski resort complex
Big Sky Resort的点评
点评：Big Sky done a nice job investing in their ski infrastructure. Their lifts are modern and very fast. In some cases, they have heated seats which is a treat. There are a lot of mountains to explore. Grooming coverage is ok, and they do have electronic boards which indicate which runs our groomed and which runs have moguls. For the most part, the employees have been friendly…a few come across it slightly disinterested (enough that it was worth a comment). They have very active ski schools for all levels. I think one area that they could improve is that they really don’t have a lot of mid-station lodges on the mountain. Consequently, the few lodges at the bottom get really crowded around lunchtime. My recommendation is to try to be in by 11 for lunch if you want to eat in a lodge. Additionally, reservations are required at one of the few mid stations, and one of the few base lodges is members only. It really limits your options. We rented demo skis, which are expensive but worth it if you want to try different skis on different days. I found the personnel there to be very helpful and the equipment good.
