芝加哥建筑学会的点评
点评：We were part of what I thought was called “Must See” of Chicago’s buildings. So cool and learned so much! Mary Ann led our tour and was warm and engaging. We “studied” several buildings of varying types of architecture, learning a little about engineering, art, history, and even finance along the way. Mary Ann’s acumen and enthusiasm for her city leave you excited to adventure around town. The tour lasts about 90 minutes- we were lucky and had a really nice day in February but you are outside the entire time (not too much walking but not many opportunities for sitting if this is a constraint) so factor that in.
There was also a really cool exhibit at the center on the second floor. They probably rotate regularly but the one they had was called The Disappointed Tourist and worth checking out. No fee for that. Highly recommend it all!
