点评:Let me preface by saying I’ve been to the spa before and it’s been a delight. This time however, the ladies at the reception area were not helpful and eventually rude. We placed a lunch order at 12:30 via the QR code as instructed & notified reception we would be waiting in the grotto, waited 1 hour and 15 minutes then checked with them again to make sure it was ordered. We were assured it was ordered and it would be 30 minutes. We waited 45 more minutes in the grotto and went upstairs to check for a second time and were told “oh, I told someone to let you know, it’s been in the bridal suite”. We then ate our cold lunch 2 hours and 15 minutes after we placed the order. I am understanding of working out kinks of a new system but the attitude and lack of customer service at reception was uncalled for. Also, all services were prepaid so we could not tip to reflect services as it was done in advance.
