Website that doesn't function properly and reduced ride and food selections

点评:As a 4-5 year season pass owner...What an absolute shame the direction the Water Park has taken...Key rides, up to 3 in a day shut down, rides eliminated and food choices eliminated creating long wait lines...I cant imagine folks, especially with a day pass showing up with key rides shut down and 14-16 folks in line for a hamburger...which was one day last week. The same day the music videos didn't work at the wave pool.
But this take the cake...I tried booking a Deluxe Cabana for 6-27 today and it took over an hour and 3 phones calls that offered no help except you need to wait 24-48 hours for a response. I have several grandkids coming and the site, if it really qualifies as a site would say 1 unit available...so waiting 2 days is not an option.
I've been on hundreds of websites and by far this site is the most difficult to manage and move around. Imagine, it wants my birthdate and kept locking down, keeping me from making a several hundred dollar purchase...Only way to work around it was "click" every month which was more than 2,000 clicks!!!! are you kidding me.
The WORST customer experience I've had in many years...Your site needs a total revamp that WORKS
