Second time with Rinjani Hero! 6 years later still the best!

点评：This is already our second review of Rinjani Hero. Back in 2018 we did 2d/1n trek to Senaru Rim (up and down the same way) and Rinjani Hero met AND exceeded our expectations. Based on our positive experience last time we decided to go with Rinjani Hero again. This time we wanted to try something new and booked 3d/2n (up to Senaru Rim and down to Torean Village). What can I say, both the route and the guide, Nas, with the porters were amazing! Although we were a bit choosy as to where to set up a tent (we wanted ideally a little more privacy but still great views which is admittedly hard to combine) , Nas and porters went above and beyond to make sure that we are happy with our tent spots. The service were excellent and we felt very comfortable throughout the trek. This among lots of other things made this trek unforgettable! Thank you guys!
I will list briefly all the things that made Rinjani Hero our first choice:
- clear communication before the trek;
- timely transfers and organisation;
- friendliness of the guide, Nas, porters and the owner;
- tasty and abundant food and drink (too much for us tbh)
