点评：Thank you very much Mei from the booking to the end. We had an amazing experience climbing Mount Kinabalu, all thanks to the excellent tour arrangements by Borneo Calling!
From the city views to the mountain peaks, the scenery was absolutely stunning throughout the trip. In this trip, we get to go Pekan Nabalu, Desa Dairy Farm, fill up our details first at Kinabalu park before going to our stay. Our stay at Pine Resort was peaceful and picturesque, with plenty of free time to relax and take in the surroundings. We loved being able to explore at our own pace and snap lots of beautiful photos.
Due to the early stop at Kinabalu park, we were able to skip the registration process and start our hike earlier. The Panalaban Hut was a convenient and comfortable place to stay before summit day. Its location made it easier for us to access Laban Rata Restaurant for meals, saving us both time and energy. Despite the cold weather, the accommodations were warm and welcoming, and we even made new friends along the way.
The hike to the summit was definitely tough, but the real challenge was coming back down; especially when we got caught in the rain. Thankfully, our guide, Abg Jap, was incredibly attentive and made sure one of our team members safely reached the summit and returned. We were lucky to reach the peak just before the rain began!
Overall, this was a truly memorable adventure filled with breathtaking views, great company, and excellent support from the Borneo Calling team. We hope to be back here again someday!
