点评：My wife and I had a 90 minute treatment here on 16 Dec 2024, for her birthday.
Spa Treatment and Spa personnel: 11/10.
Kitchen and food: 10/10.
Friendliness of Restaurant Staff: 3/10. Not so professional. Do not know to open a bottle of wine in front of the customer AFTER showing it to him. The, quite expensive, bottle of red wine reached our table already open. They did not give me a choice to taste either. The restaurant staff are talking very loudly to each other, laughing very loudly, not very peaceful in a tranquil wellness/health location.
Reception/Accounts Staff: 2/10. When I wanted to pay my final account with Dora, I had to point out that all the items are not on the account! Very unprofessional and loosing money!! This should be BASIC STUFF!
Entrance and exit to premises: 1/10. At the gate, there is a button with the Woodlands Spa name on. IT DOES NOT WORK! Now, you need to search for the telephone number to phone them, then they give you a pin code to enter on the other keypad. Three cars were waiting and waiting. When we wanted to exit, same story. Six cars were waiting to enter and exit. Why do they not provide the pin code when confirming your booking??? Why not send it via SMS or WhatsApp, then you have it with you. Very poor show! BASIC STUFF!! This place has the potential to be one of the best! Are you satisfied just to take the customers' money and not making sure of customer satisfaction??
