点评:Interesting place but not good at all for anyone with limited mobility. The website makes a big thing of the site's accessibility features but plays down the sheer amount of walking that one has to do. The slippery, metal outdoor ramps and internal steps along the route make it a nightmare for people with walking difficulties. The designated route also adds on extra distance by forcing one into the shop to pay...even though you'd have thought it should be just as easy to pay at the entrance.
The staff at the entrance were unhelpful; reluctant to help open the heavy door and not mentioning that there is an accessible toilet just outside....and instead showing a clearly disabled person to the regular toilets! It's literally their job to communicate things like that - isn't it? If not, what exactly is the point of the idiots at the door?
The exhibits and audio tour themselves were informative but unfortunately not all of our party were able to enjoy the experience.
