Pathetic massage
Bannatyne's Health Club & Spa - Banbury的点评
点评：The club is actually dated and needs refurbishment.
However the spa itself was modern and well decorated but you still had to go out to the club to use the toilets.
I was told it was 3 treatments we were gifted but they were short treatments- all 3 done in 1 hour .
The back and shoulders massage was an oil rub totally underwhelming- do they have any training at all and the person did not introduce herself or wanted to know anything about the client.
The facial was just a cleanse and mask again it was the worst facial ever and the scalp massage was oiling the hair and no massage on scalp at all .
If you are advertising yourself as a spa then you need to have adequately trained staff , who actually talk to clients and ask if the pressure used in massage is adequate.
The reception staff were good and helpful .
This was a most disappointing experience and we had travelled a long distance to use our gift voucher given for our special birthdays .
