Japanese Head Spa is STUNNING! 😍

点评：I had the Japanese Head Spa and facial with Aude today and she was absolutely wonderful.
From the moment I met her, she put me completely at ease. She was incredibly friendly, funny and easy to talk to, while also being so knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything really clearly throughout the treatment, talked me through my skin type, skincare, hair type and hair care, and gave me genuinely useful advice without ever making it feel like a sales pitch.
One thing I particularly appreciated was how comfortable and relaxed she made me feel. As a tall, broader woman, I can sometimes feel a little self-conscious during treatments, particularly when I feel like I need to make myself smaller or somehow "help" the therapist. Aude completely took that away. During the head spa I kept instinctively trying to hold my head or neck up to help her and she was basically having none of it — "No, relax, I've got you!" 😂 She was strong, confident and completely reassuring, which meant I could actually switch off and enjoy the treatment properly.
She was also just an absolute queen. We were chatting, laughing and joking throughout, she complimented my tattoos and I felt like I had known her far longer than one appointment. Such a lovely person and brilliant at what she does.
The Japanese Head Spa itself was amazing and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. Aude also recommended a couple of Elemis products based specifically on my skin afterwards. Unfortunately my bank account said "wait until payday" 😂 but I've taken note of her recommendations and fully intend to go back for them!
I'm already a Bannatyne gym member and really enjoy the club anyway, but having the spa there is such a brilliant added bonus, especially with the member discounts.
Huge shout-out to Aude — genuinely one of the nicest and most comfortable beauty treatments I've ever had. I would absolutely book with her again. ❤️

她真的堪称“女王”般的存在。整个过程中我们聊得很开心，互相开玩笑；她还夸奖了我的纹身。我感觉自己认识她的时间远远超过了一次疗程的时长。她是个非常可爱的人，手艺也精湛至极。
这次日式头部SPA体验棒极了，结束后我感到无比放松。之后，Aude还根据我的肤质推荐了几款Elemis的产品。可惜我的银行账户仿佛在说“等到发薪日吧”😂 不过我已经记下了她的推荐，绝对会再去购买的！
