Horrible, long lines for everything. Poorly run.

点评：All the reviews say the same thing and they are right. I have never seen a group of employees who just don't give a F. We have visited Busch Gardens several times with the last time being in 2019. Back then the park was not that busy and lines for rides and food were reasonable. This time we had the all day food pass and two fast passes for the kids. Cheetah coaster had four hour wait and 90 minutes for fast pass. I wouldn't call that fast. I think Busch Gardens sells as many as they can. Also the fast pass wristband and the food wristband is the same so have to scan to tell. My son said the employees weren't checking so everyone just got in the fast pass line. What a horrible system and management is to blame on that. The food line was 1 hour and 20 minutes and we got in line at 2:30. I can understand it's a busy time but it's almost like Busch Gardens purposely staffs it bad so they don't have to feed as many people as everyone had already prepaid. There was four cashiers and they were just sitting there as one person could have done it. They had one person serving the food and very slow. The area for condiments didn't have napkins, forks, barbecue sauce or cups for the ketchup. I mentioned it to the person standing there and someone put napkins in but no forks. I asked on bbq sauce three times in 45 minutes and she said she told someone. Again the attitude is I don't give a F and it's everywhere. Food grades. Chicken Tenders and Fries good. Mozz sticks horrible, burger horrible. Tacos ok per my wife. I went and looked at United Parks and Resorts (the company who owns Busch Gardens) and profits and revenue are way up compared to last time so that should tell you what's going on. Also $5 per person for skyride now. I won't be back for at least five years. They have to fix their management systems.
