Visited Busch gardens in August with my family, we had booked the Serengeti safari where you feed the giraffes, unfortunately due to weather (which cannot be helped) our tour at 1:30 couldn’t go ahead, we was offered to come back at 3:30 to try again. We went back at this time and again due to weather we couldn’t go out, now it was very disappointing but arguably it can’t be helped with the weather. Now this is when the issue with guest services went rapidly downhill, the tour guide told us we could either come back again later or have a refund, we opted for the refund and he (I think his name was Kyle and he was new) told us we didn’t need to do anything as it would just automatically get refunded. So by the time we left the park at 7 we still hadn’t had a refund so we went to guest services on the way out and told them the situation who then assured us again that a refund would just happen it’s all in the notes etc, she gave us an email address to email (BGA.GuestInformation@seaworld.com) if the refund hadn’t come through in the next day or so. It has been 3 weeks and still no refund which we was told we would get seeing as the tour didn’t go ahead, I emailed this email I was given by the guest services lady on the way out last week and got the usual bs response about we are busy and will get back to you asap, a week later from sending the email and nothing! Terrible terrible poor
customer services!! There’s no live chat or anything and with me being in the UK I can’t just call the number on the website and you would think seeing as they provide you an email address to contact them on the website they would actually respond! Avoid going here!!
