Whitefields Golf Club的点评
点评：Well Where do we start here ? played golf as a play and stay weekend here with a party of 32 from fri 28/04/2023. Right from our arrival we were all made so welcome by claire on reception and ian and his excellent staff. we arrived by 11.30 am and our rooms were ready and waiting for us , this is usually after at least 2pm when we have stayed elsewhere? the rooms were fresh comfortable and spotlessly clean and the shower was amazing hot and rapid, contrary to some reports? the bar prices were fantastic and payment buy either cash or card easy for all. the food and service from ian and his staff was absolutely first class and not once did you have to wait for service on drinks or the excellent meals we received? his staff to name daria and sasha (didnt get the names of the others) served us till the early hours and at breakfast with smiles and friendly chat all weekend and we were all made to feel so welcome at whitefields. the pro shop also were very helpful and accommodating and again couldnt be more helpful, they gave us everything we needed for our golf comp. the coarse was in fantastic condition considering all the rain wed had and greens were in excellent condition and consistent. overall the hotel and golf coarse offered everything you could possibly wish for and we really didnt want to leave ? we were waved off by the staff and ian thanked us all for our custom which was well received. i and many others in the party will certainly be returning in the very near future and roads are already being made for a repeat weekend play and stay trip to whitefields gc and draycote hotel.
thanks to claire ian and all his excellent staff what an absolutely fantastic weekend i cant ever remember in the 20 years of doing these trips that we have had better service absolutely 5* in every way for me .
