点评：The one bad review here doesn’t really make sense…: I just completed my Loire valley trip and it was AMAZING. Ken was fantastic and so friendly and supportive. He kept everyone safe and we all loved our horses. You NEED to be able to ride well though these are not dead head trail horses. But they are very safe. Ken changed meals for people with allergies and we had zero issues getting cream / milk, butter , etc. our group also asked him tons of questions about the business and horse care. He was very open and transparent and as a life long rider ( and one person in our group is an equine vet) I can say these horses live amazing lives and are clearly loved and cared for. All healthy weight, good coat, bright eyed and trimmed and shod on all four hooves. I’m sorry to the person that had a bad experience but it’s subjective. We were treated very well. Planning to book another trip with them!!
