点评:Regarding the Enchantments Shuttle, the driver left without my wife and I from the Snow Lakes trailhead parking lot at 5:00am. It was pitch dark. Extremely unprofessional.
She didn’t call us or even come into the parking lot to pick us up. We called several times and left a voicemail, but no response. We managed to get on the 5:45 shuttle, but did not receive an apology for leaving without us. Luckily another hiker got a call from the driver saying that she was near the main road and waiting for her. She also said the confirmation email included the make and model of the vehicle she was driving but it did not.
I contacted this company last week about this incident and have not heard back. I’m posting here to get an apology and most importantly - a full refund. Where has customer service gone nowadays? Incredible…
