Climbing Kilimanjaro (via the 8 day Lemosho route) was one of the most incredible experiences of my life, and I can honestly say it wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing team from Top Climbers. From the very first day, they made us feel completely supported, safe, and encouraged.
Our guides were outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They seemed to know exactly when to push us and when to let us catch our breath. They kept us laughing, kept us calm when the altitude kicked in, and never once let us doubt that we could make it to the summit.
The porters and cook were absolute heroes. Every morning we’d wake up to hot tea, warm smiles, and the most delicious meals (how they managed that up a mountain, I’ll never know!). They took such good care of us — carrying our gear, setting up camp, cheering us on — always with genuine warmth and positivity.
Reaching Uhuru Peak at sunrise was the most emotional and unforgettable moment. Standing there at the roof of Africa, tears in my eyes, I knew it was all thanks to the incredible people who got us there.
