点评：Our family of five recently stayed at Jordan's Hotel for a ski-in ski-out experience at Sunday River. The check-in process was smooth, and both the car valet and ski valet services, thanks to Phil, were excellent. It was so convenient to have someone else manage our car and skis, allowing us to focus on relaxing and settling into our room. Steve from bell services was particularly helpful.
The reception desk staff at Jordan, including Jay, Sierra, and Arantxa, were outstanding. Our three-bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped with a washer, dryer, and a personal sauna for three. It also featured four large TVs, a working kitchenette complete with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee maker.
However, our king-size mattress was too soft and worn, sagging significantly in the middle. Danny, the service technician, responded promptly the next morning and replaced it with a new mattress, greatly enhancing our comfort.
Access to the slopes via the Jordan Bowl Warm 8 lift was effortless. Additionally, the igloo they constructed next to the lift was a fantastic touch. The only improvements I would suggest are offering warm wine in the European style and relocating the igloo to the mountain's summit next year.
Dining at "Sliders" was disappointing, but the food manager quickly arranged a complimentary shuttle to the "Camp" restaurant at the Summit Hotel, where both the food and service, thanks to Brianna, were excellent. Although our Christmas Eve dinner there was less impressive, it was understandable given the busy holiday.
It's apparent that everyone at the lodges, under Meredith Harrop's excellent leadership, enjoys their work, which translates into outstanding service. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas ski vacation.
