The Harsh Reality of Poor Customer Service
As an experienced skydiver who has jumped in Dubai and the UK multipletimes, I can confidently say that my experience at GoJump America Las Vegas was the most unprofessional and frustrating encounter I've ever had.
What Went Wrong
Front Desk Disaster
The staff at the front desk were shockingly rude and completely unhelpful. When I requested an outdoor video of my jump, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. The manager (who claimed to be named John) and the female staff member demonstrated a complete lack of customer service skills.
Video Package Failure
Despite paying for a comprehensive jump package, they failed to capture my outdoor jump on video. When I approached them to discuss this issue, their response was defensive and unaccommodating.
Management Attitude
The manager's communication was embarrassingly poor. Instead of addressing my legitimate concerns, he responded with attitude and refused to listen or provide a satisfactory explanation. He is definitely not to work in there.
Comparison to Other Experiences
Having skydived in multiple international locations, I can definitively state that GoJump America Las Vegas falls far below industry standards. The actual jump and instructor were fine, but the administrative incompetence overshadowed the entire experience.
Recommendation
Potential customers should be warned: the poor management and customer service at this location could completely ruin what should be an exciting adventure.
Pro Tip: If you decide to jump here, document everything and be prepared for potential communication issues. The staffs are worst than a robot talking the same and not ready to accept the mistake they do.. very defensive. Its fine to support your employees but for god sake listen to clients
