点评:Ok, I am going to give it to you straight: this place's name is a total misnomer. If it was truly a National Museum of Transportation, it would have a lot more to see-- incl. a lot more variety of transportation vehicles. BUT, get past that and what you've got here is a decent train museum. I think this is the kind of place a dad could/should take a son, because we saw a lot of that here and little boys just love seeing these big hulking trains- they are in awe. The layout of the grounds is totally awkward and the presentation of what they have is mediocre, but if you're in the mood to walk around a little and see some old trains, a couple cool cars, and a gift shop or two, it's a decent place to visit. One note: they do sell hard to find diecast in the one shop but it's way overpriced so I didn't buy one car (and that's unusual for me).
