Flip Out Southampton的点评
点评：I attended this afternoons session at 12:30pm with 2 small children, one with speech delay and suspected autism. I have attended the Portsmouth flip out and have always had a great experience. The staff are lovely and cater to all children’s needs. I work as Therapeutic Child support worker working with children in care who have experienced traumatic childhoods and the Portsmouth flip out have always been phenomenal. I attended the Southampton one today with my own children and they left distraught and overwhelmed. The staff did not know how to speak to children and were very rude to me and my partner. It was also absolute chaos with 2 staff members shouting down a radio and scaring my children with their behaviour. The staff were leaving equipment unattended such as the long trampoline springboard and bouncy castle so children were going on it and then being told off by staff. This is confusing for children and they should not be expected to understand these concepts at such a young age without adult guidance and chaperoning, especially at ages 4/5. This was upsetting many children and making the session very stressful. I hate to think what the SEN sessions are like as I feel the staff need more training and understanding of this and how to deal with children in general
