Order took almost 3 weeks - never again

点评：Terrible experience – sadly never again.
Ordered 2 necklaces on 15 January to be sent to London. Daughter’s birthday celebration was 26 January so, with express delivery given as 3 – 5 working days, thought this would arrive well within time. Had heard nothing after initial order confirmation so contacted the shop on 22 January via webchat and was told (presumably by a person) that he/she would get the girls in the office to send me an updated tracking number via email. Never heard from them again.
I was able to track the order eventually via Shop app: in sum, the necklaces were in Ennis post office from 16 – 22 January, 2 days in Port Laoise, 3 days in Dublin and then arrived in the UK.
I then had to pay a customs/VAT charge of £85 (in addition to the cost of £348 for the necklaces) and was finally able to arrange delivery for today, 3 February, almost 3 weeks later.
One of the necklaces (Fi Wedge) is lovely and as expected. The second one, Trio Star, is absolutely tiny at 1.2cm and looks like a child’s necklace. This was totally unexpected and disappointing as the website does not give any measurements and there is no photo of the Trio Star necklace on a person so that you could see how small it is. Definitely not worth €260 (plus customs charge) and would send it back if I could face another postal drama.
What made this particularly disappointing is that husband comes from Clarecastle and we have bought items from Seoidin before – both in person in the shop and via post – for special occasions because of the connection. This latest experience has been such though that sadly we won’t be doing so again.

特别令人失望的是，丈夫来自克莱尔卡斯尔，我们以前从 Seoidin 购买过物品——既亲自到店购买，也通过邮寄购买——因为有联系，所以用于特殊场合。不过，最近的这次经历让我们很遗憾，我们不会再这样做了。
