点评:I purchased a bangle and a ring in one of the stores but I wanted the charms changed. I paid in full on July 8th was told I would receive it with in 6-8 weeks. I finally received my Jewelery on November 23rd. I was in contact with staff both on the phone and by email on numerous occasions. I was offered a discount of 30% for the inconvenience which I accepted. When the Jewelery arrived I emailed to confirm receipt and ask how I would receive the discount. Maureen replied and to say she was rude is an understatement, she refused the discount saying I should have paid more for the 2 pieces so I was not getting any further discount.( I paid full amount in cash in the store on the day with no discount applied. ) I emailed a few more times but I didn’t get a reply. Maureen has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever, however I found every other person I dealt with to be apologetic and very understanding. I would not recommend purchasing anything that needs to be posted, only buy in store.
