Poor service, bad experience
Aquapark Nymphaea Orade的点评
点评：Very bad experience and I don’t know where to start:
1. If you make an online reservation on their website and you select to put 100 Ron on your reservation, when you go to the location you can’t put any other money to that bracelet because you already charger it 🙄. You need another bracelet that is empty from the beginning to put money directly from a card.
2. If you go with kids, they don’t give you locker for the kids. Just for the adult. I was with 3 kids, we had a lot of stuff so I went to the reception and asked them to skip that stupid rule and give me lockers, they did it but it is not included 🫣.
3. They don’t clean tables, when I told them to clean some tables they showed me the paper towels 😳, so I did it because I had to stay somewhere with 3 kids to eat.
4. Lockers has damaged numbers on them, missing numbers. To find out mine (590) I had to solve some puzzles first as you see in pictures.
5. Extremely expensive when you compare to other locations near Oradea.
