Absolutely unforgettable!

点评：Words can’t truly capture how incredible this experience was (Lagoon Safari). Shiham was our guide for the Lagoon Safari, and he made the day absolutely magical. We’ve been in Sri Lanka for almost two weeks, and Shiham was the first guide who spoke excellent English and shared such deep knowledge about the wildlife — elephants, crocodiles, and countless birds.
What really stood out was how passionately he spoke about life in Sri Lanka — the people, the culture, and the unique relationships between villagers and wild animals like elephants. These are the kinds of insights you can’t find online, and they made the experience so much richer.
And just when we thought the tour was over, Shiham surprised us by taking us to spot a few more crocodiles — such a thoughtful touch! The Lagoon Safari itself is breathtaking: serene waters, lush mangroves, vibrant birdlife, and even herds of elephants crossing the lake.
