点评：This was my first tour and tasting after arriving in Napa. It was a memorable and I am glad I chose it. The cave winery in unique and beautiful. The grounds where it is located is pretty. All the rooms are visually stunning. There are some eccentric surprises found throughout the cave. The tour really is impressive. It was not a private tour but our group was small. We did have a winery club member on the tour who had brought three people with him. He was full of information and it was a nice surprise to have someone like that on our tour. I am amazed that as large as the grounds are that the winery is still on the smaller side of a family owned and operated business. I enjoyed the information on how the winery got started and how they continue to keep the same business practice. We got to meet a few staff members as they were working while we were touring. Our tour guide, Cora, made the tour personable. The tasting was very nice and somewhat elegant maybe. She was extremely helpful in teaching us how to taste wine but wasn’t pretentious about it at all. There were also a few smith bites served to us. The wines are all amazing and there were plenty bottles for us to try; however, they are all very expensive to purchase. If you are looking for a nice and informative tour with some unique scenery then I would definitely recommend this winery tour. Or if you are really interested in trying some good wines then check this place out.
