Star Trek Voyage Home Museum的点评
点评：My husband's and my first date was to see Voyage Home in the theater, so it was fitting to go here (among other places) to celebrate our 33rd Anniversary. Kids would also like parts of this museum since there are buttons to push that make noise and light up. Almost everything is behind glass, so you don't have to worry about little hands grabbing something valuable. It was fun to see all of the memorabilia - lots of odds and ends with the various Star Trek characters. There are also a few authentic items that were used in the show. Lots to look at and the volunteer told some fun stories! It is a simple musem, with humbly-made fun features, like the transporter that lights up when you step on the front circle. There are also a couple of things to look at right outside of the museum, including a statue of Kirk in the park across the street (small street, so very easy to walk to). In addition to the Star Trek items, there is a small area in the museum that includes historical information on the town of Riverside. They have a good variety of Star Trek items for sale. My husband bought a t-shirt and I bought a pin, which I collect. We spent about 1/2 hour here. The museum is free.
