点评：Extremely poor experience for beginners – Smiggin Holes Ski School should not advertise beginner lessons if they don’t support first-timers.
I booked a beginner group lesson at Smiggin Holes (Perisher), which included a mandatory lift pass. I received no instruction, no help, and the instructor didn’t take us to the lift. As a first-time skier, I was completely lost and left alone.
When I asked staff why we weren’t taken to the lift, they told me it was because I didn’t ask. That response is completely unacceptable — how is a beginner supposed to know what to ask for?
I couldn’t use the lift pass, didn’t receive a lesson, and was denied a refund. I didn’t even get a receipt, and all complaints were handled verbally with no accountability. Staff said they weren’t responsible for the instructor — shocking.
This felt like a scam. I paid a lot of money for nothing. If you’re a beginner, do NOT go to Smiggin Holes Ski School. They are absolutely not prepared to support first-timers.
