点评：I'm a non-golf player & was invited here as part of a stag weekend.
The clubhouse facilities are amazing &, apart from three different staff members having to check our initial tea & coffee order, on the whole the staff are brilliant - especially Emily J who was quick & professional in sorting out a drinks query I had.
We had our brief from Kev (what a top bloke) & we were off.
I was put in charge of driving the buggy we hired & lifting the flag pole out of the hole (what a responsibility) & I absolutely loved the course - some parts were so peaceful all we could hear was the birds singing.
The half-way house was great for a quick freshen up & a drink, but unfortunately they didn't have any veggie/vegan pastries or non-dairy milk substitutes.
The other golfers were friendly & jolly, not at all what I thought they would be like, but it's the North East where everyone is friendly & jolly.
The views from the clubhouse are just amazing too & a great spot for a quick drink after a round of golf.
What could have been a boring trip was an absolute top day out & I'd love to return.
