点评:I ordered 2 prints online, received immediate confirmation of my order via email then waited….and waited….heard nothing as to estimated despatch or delivery time. I emailed a few weeks later, no reply received, I used their WhatsApp facility, you’ve guessed it, no response. In the end after some weeks I rang the gallery not expecting to get anywhere. I had an apology that I had not received my order but no reasons as to why were given. I was told I would receive in the next few days - bit of a coincidence I thought. About 5 days later I received notifications that the order had been despatched and eventually received my order. Why do you not keep in touch with your customers? If you can answer the phone you can answer an email surely? I was also told their WhatsApp wasn’t working 🙄. I wish I’d used a different company, sorry Enid Hutt Gallery.
