Fun experience, hard to get in touch with

点评：Teenage son and friend were gifted a Groupon ticket. It was impossible to get through by phone as the connection kept getting broken. Also, no response via email or Messenger, yet you have to make a reservation by phone or email when having a Groupon. So we drove up a day earlier to make the reservation. I told the man at the counter and he did not bat an eye or seem to care but took our reservation.
The next day all went well. The instructions were clear and the gear was in order. One of the boy's karts kept stalling at the beginning but once started it was OK.
The boys had a great time and the curcuit is very cool. Did not seem u safe at all. No one using the karts as bumber cars like in some places.
If they had their communication in order I would give 5 stars.
