点评:Absolutely awful customer service. I paid in advance for a climbing session for my son and myself — only for my son to change his mind about 20 minutes later. When I politely asked for a refund, the manager flatly refused and insisted the money could only be returned as a gift card. When I declined the gift card (as we no longer wanted to use their services), the manager became rude, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional.
He told me I could stay there all day if I wanted, but I was not getting my £20 back — which felt incredibly petty for a business to argue over such a small amount that was paid just 20 minutes earlier. At that point, I realised how desperate they must be to cling to money that customers clearly no longer want to spend with them.
The entire experience was frustrating and left a bad taste. I later checked the reviews online — something I wish I had done earlier — and was not surprised to see how poor their ratings are. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Avoid this place. There are far better-run and more customer-friendly activity centres out there.
