Ruined the morning of my daughters birthday

点评：What an appalling place. Would avoid. Firstly my wife tried and tried to get hold of someone at the SPA to book a treatment for our daughter.- but they never seen to answer the phone - went on for 3 days. Left voicemails which they never rang us back to talk. Eventually they replied by email????? - stating that they could reserve the date and time on the voicemail we had left, but we would need to phone to pay in advance and secure. So then all over again tried for days to get through, as no answer. Ended up having to email them again to say please reserve the space. Eventually had another email from them asking for our debit card details, expiry and security code by email (who in their right mind is going to do that - and no professional business would ask for that to be typed in an email surely!!!!). Then pursued with further phone calls, eventually paid over the phone, confirming a booking for 2nd August at 11am (these times and dates were in the original email also). If that was not already appalling service - when my eldest daughter turned up with my younger daughter for her birthday treat - the place was shut and locked. They went around the back to the gym - were taken upstairs to the spa and was told to wait to find out what was happening. Eventually the Manager arrived - seeming surprised to see them - saying there were no bookings at 11 - and told they had been booked in for 12. My eldest and the sense to ask the Manager to check the emails - Manager then conceded that it was their error. Told however they would still have to sit and wait for an hour. Given my 2 girls had other plans - they asked for a refund as they could not wait around for an hour before their massage could take place. Ruined the birthday morning for my daughter. What a shocking and unprofessional outfit. This is our experience but my advice is avoid - they are not customer centric, they make mistakes, they dont answer the phone and attention to detail is very poor given the mistake they made. Shame on you - clearly not an efficiently managed oufit. Certainly wont be going there again - plenty of other choices in the local area thankfully!
