点评：No idea how they were rated so high but this is one of the worst cab companies in Sri Lanka. To begin with the van agreed upon wasn't the one given. It was an uncomfortable, refurbished old 9 seater van with no back windows. In the event of a major accident with no windows (just fixed glass) and the single door blocked, there was no way for the 8 passengers to escape. The AC made the front row passengers very cold while having a sauna effect for passengers of the last 2 rows.
From the erratic driving and refusing to even stop to grab lunch, it is my opinion that driver Chamal, was under the influence of some kind of opioid. When he wanted a break however, he did stop for his benefit.
Although many complaints were made to management, no action was taken to remedy. Using this company is a waste of $ as it ruined the entire trip!
