点评：The evening with Carlotta and her husband learning to make a pasta recipe from my Grandmother's home town in Abruzzi Italy, wonderful Chicken stew, and serious Panicotta, made for an absolutely wonderful afternoon and evening. Carlotta took us under her wing and immediately got us on board preparing the 3 dishes. My wife is the cooking expert of the family (I am not☺), so she really got into the lessons learned with Carlotta...but I will have to admit that I also was able to contribute and learned many cooking tips and techniques.
Carlotta's personality was excellent and she was such a help to the both of us through the whole process. It was very fun having the class in their actual home, being able to pick herbs from her garden for the meal, and enjoying a glass of wine and Hors d'oeuvres in the backyard on a beautiful evening overlooking Florence. This extra care for my wife and I was highly appreciated and made for such a more enjoyable experience.
I would definitley recommend Cooking with Carlotta to anyone looking for an authentic italina cooking experience. My wife and I both throughly enjoyed the class and especially the care the Carlotta put into it, even before we got to Italy. Carlotta had some meal pre-planning sessions with me over What's-App, making me feel like I knew her even before we got there!
