The service at Rinjiani Kingdom was exceptionally thorough and attentive. Since my parents-in-law were unable to climb due to their age, the owner, Safnaz, personally accompanied them for a relaxing three days on Lombok Island, allowing us to climb and reach the summit with peace of mind. My wife was afraid of slipping while descending, so the guide supported her all the way down to prevent any falls. The porter, who also served as our cook, prepared delicious meals with fresh fruit every day. His Indonesian fried rice was even better than what we had at restaurants in the downtown . The comprehensive service provided by Rinjiani Kingdom gave us a unique and memorable climbing experience.
