Very disappointed by the actions of one of the staff…
Smith's Tavern的点评
点评：We were a group of ten people.. (40-70 years age group).
We were on a group trip in Ashbourne .. we’d had a meal at the Bridge, which we all said was very good.
We then walked over to the Smiths Tavern, as they have a darts board.
We all bought drinks, and waited for the people who were playing on the darts board to finish, then we started to play, (girls v boys)….
The area where the darts board is, has approx 15 seats, and we, as a group of ten, obviously took up ten of them, so we fairly filled up the area…
We then had a second round of drinks,….. and we’re almost at the stage of a third round, when the young man, who had been partially serving behind the bar suddenly came into the room, and snatched the darts out of one of our girls hand, saying that we couldn’t play darts any more, saying that they were so busy, that they needed the seats!!!!!!!!!
If we hadn’t been buying any drinks, I could possibly understand this very rude intervention, but all of our group were drinking, I’m sure, as fast as anyone in the pub!!!!
We were stunned!!!!
After a short moment of stunned silence,
One of our group went down to the bar to challenge this very bizarre action, and we were allowed to carry on to finish our game!!! But there was no viable explanation to his actions… We asked if we were making too much noise, but , no, apparently not!!
There seemed to be no reason for his actions!!!!
No apology either!!!
Needless to say, we will not be spending our money there again!!!
We will find another more welcoming pub, with a darts board, for our next group outing…
We were stunned, and it took the edge off our otherwise very enjoyable day trip out…..

如果我们没有买酒，我可能可以理解这种非常粗鲁的干预，但我们所有人都在喝酒，我敢肯定，和酒吧里的任何人一样快！！！！
我们惊呆了！！！！
短暂的沉默之后，
我们中的一个人走到吧台去挑战这个非常奇怪的行为，我们被允许继续玩完我们的游戏！！！但他的行为没有任何合理的解释……我们问他是否制造了太多噪音，但显然不是！！
他的行为似乎没有任何理由！！！
也没有道歉！！！
不用说，我们不会再在那里花钱了！！！
下次我们集体出游时，我们会找另一家更热情的酒吧，那里有飞镖板……
我们惊呆了，这让我们原本非常愉快的一日游变得不那么愉快了……
