点评:This was our third cooking experience with Alan and Carol. We have already done bread making and then a selection of Indian breads and Butter Chicken. This time it was Danish pastries and pain au raisin along with, as an extra, croissants.
I think that just by appreciating that we have already been three time, you, the reader, will appreciate how good the courses are.
Alan is a fantastic chef and Carol is a superb hostess and between them, they make it so much fun.
Everything, but everything, is provided except the dishes and trays you will need to have handy to take your produce home so check before you go to find out what you will need.
We had enough Indian food to do three meals ant home and we had two boxes full of croissants etc to take home this time. Not only that, you also eat some of your produce for lunch. Croissants aren’t a good lunch so it was a case of Alan saying“ you have done the bread making course so, away you go, knock up a bit of dough enough for two pizzas”. Carol had a range of topping to put on them and a glass of wine as well.
We now have a problem. One of us wants to do the pasta course and the other wants to do “the pies” course. You will have to wait until review FIVE to see what happens.
By the by, Alan does all the washing up so no worries about that side of things.
Don’t mess around. Book it. You will enjoy it, I know.
