点评：The staff person in charge of seating people was extremely rude and not client friendly. The afternoon turned into a ridiculous tug of war for the glass doors. THe day was very breezy and while temperature was 56 outside, it was very windy and inside it was colder as there was no sunshine. The door was opened so that patrons outside visiting could hear the music to a private event going on inside. I expressed how uncomfortable I was with the doors wide open, and the elder blond woman was unresponsive to my complaint. She told me there were patrons from the ticketed event wanting to sit outside and if others wanted to listen to the music they could but a ticket and come inside where the even was being held! The rest of the staff was wonderful all for this one woman who seem to run the show! First time at the winery and we go to many wineries on weekends within a two-hour radius of our home in NJ.
I will not return due to that one individual that made our day not worth going! She basically lied to my face that people at the ticketed event wanted to sit outside and hear the music. WELL THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE HELD AN OUTSIDE VENUE BUT IT WA TOO COLD!
