Great everything else, but the room was only okay
Sand Valley Golf Resort的点评
点评：Went here for 3 days of golf with friends, stayed two nights in a standard queen room.
The golf was great. We also enjoyed both restaurants we ate at. Service throughout the resort, from golf staff to wait staff to caddies, was great. And its a beautiful spot. Overall we had a great time.
The one thing that took us by surprise was that the rooms were just okay. Maybe our experience was unique to us.
Our room was a bit beat up. It had tons of bugs - maybe the previous person who stayed there had left the sliding doors open? Not sure, but either way, it sucked. We killed a bunch, but still had a bunch of flies buzzing in our ears at night.
Also, my bed had sand under the covers when I went to bed. Sorta don't want to consider why that even happened. It was late so I just cleaned it out as best I could and went to bed.
The highlight of the rooms is the bathroom. It was large, with a nice shower with great water pressure. Though in ours, the toilet paper holder was ripped halfway off the wall.
The style of the rooms themselves is intentionally basic. We weren't expecting luxury, but they still fell a little short of expectations.
Otherwise, Sand Valley was as advertised. And would probably go back even with those hiccups.
