点评：Excellent! Above expectation! We were with a small group, lead by the 3 guides Marta, Elton and Bimba - all good vibes!
Marta is very professional (oceanographer), and the tour was super relaxed. We had everything in our favor… the tide took us to, and through, the mangroves, and lateran it turned to gentle push us back, so we hardly needed to paddle. Just relax and enjoy the views.
In the middle of the mangrove forest, we sat in our kayaks, taking in the surroundings while receiving a fascinating lecture on this unique ecosystem. We even planted mangrove trees, leaving our mark on this remarkable habitat.
The sunset was fantastic, blue sky with a few clouds that helped spreading the orange color pattern above the mangroves, an incredible skyline!
It was new moon, which made it easy to see the bioluminescence (glowing plankton) in the water and fireflies in the air. Incidentally touching the roots with a paddle just lit the mangroves up like an underwater Christmas tree.
The guides took all the pictures/videos, which we received afterwards, so our full attention was on the views and explanation. Thank you Marta, Elton and Bimba for an unforgettable experience.
