Beautiful gardens, but terrible service and zero accessibility awareness

点评:This is my first negative review, but families traveling with elderly guests must know what to expect.
While the botanical gardens are absolutely beautiful and visually impressive, the service we received was deeply disappointing. I visited with an elderly couple aged 89, and the staff showed a complete lack of sensitivity toward accessibility needs.
The cashier was very unwelcoming, and the ticketing process left us with an uncomfortable impression regarding transparency. Furthermore, when we asked to rent a golf cart for the elderly couple, the staff was unhelpful and reluctant to assist. Only after I strongly insisted did they "discover" that a one-hour paid rental was actually available—exactly what we asked for from the start.
We felt disrespected and ignored. If you are visiting with older family members or anyone with mobility issues, be prepared to fight for basic service. Beautiful place, but a very bitter experience.
