点评：Want entirely sure what to expect with the Lighthouse Museum, but was very happy to spend the afternoon exploring and learning intro about the lighthouse and its historical workings. If you are physically able, do make the trek up the many steps to the top of the lighthouse for a great view of St. Augustine as well as Anastasia State Park and the Atlantic beyond. It is work, but well worth it. And while you are up there, be sure to take a peek at the actual workings of the light and its lenses. Astounding the level of engineering in evolved with that.
While the view is the star, there is a lot to see and learn across the rest of the grounds. It is a bit of reading, but the info is fascinating and helps you get a good idea of the importance of the lighthouse and its stewards during both peacetime and wartime.
